Product was advertised as new and came in just "as is". Not in original package and does not have an instruction book. Not happy with sale at all. A annoying beep also happens when the headset is turned on and happens even minute. By the time I finally got it back from him the return in 10 days had ran out so I got burnt for 43 bucks on this one. I wrote Amazon , they never answered my letters, it appears when you buy from Amazon, you are dealing with some guy out in the middle of missouri working out of his bedroom. send it all back and I 'll sell it to someone else, yeah I got suckered by Amazon, I went to walmart and bought one I could take back if it didn't work, no thanks Amazon, we are done. I purchased this product for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. I spent at least an hour pouring over reviews to hopefully be buying something I thought that he would like. And I can't say that people are not supposed to like it for the benefit of me knowing that my boyfriend was not going to like it. However my boyfriend has heard nothing but bad things from his gaming friends who have had to revert to the ancient Garth Brooks style headset because of all sorts of issues they have had with their wireless. We never opened it and tried it so we have no personal experience with it. However I wanted to exchange it for something else that my boyfriend would use and not just something that was going to end up amongst a pile of stuff that never gets used.
