Ok here’e the deal. I just got back from the States and decided to plug my Xbox 360 for some fun (I live outside the US you see ). Then the big…BANG! Oops! I plugged my 120v power adapter into a 220v power outlet. Am so screwed i say to myself. Came online and saw this product and i also knew my cousin was flying in in 4 days. So i ordered and called up the seller for expedited shipping. Dude on the line was very courteuos and even did it for free…can u believe that!? Anyway, product arrived on time and works like a charm….My life just got saved. I strongly recommend buying from this seller.
Update: There is a burning plastic smell coming from the adapter and after a while the 360 started flashing three red lights. Intend to contact the seller for a replacement (Closeout Masters). Would update then.

I purchased a reburb XBox 360 for Christmas. When it wouldn’t start I noticed the light was not on on the power supply. The place I’d bought the XBox from wanted me to return the entire package and wait for it to be re-sent. As it worked out, I wouldn’t be receiving the replacement until after Christmas. I decided to buy a power supply on Amazon from a seller called Closeouts Master. The item arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it was DOA. I started thinking… “I’ll never get the XBox up and running before Christmas.” I contacted Closeouts Master, received an apology, and was told not to bother sending the DOA power supply back. Within 2 days I received a replacement that worked perfectly! Christmas was saved! No one likes getting an item that doesn’t work. On the plus side, having a seller who takes care of fixing an issue, especially in record time, with little required from the buyer, is all any buyer could ask. Have been using power supply since Christmas Day without a hitch.

Arrived dead and obviously not a microsoft power supply, not only that but obviously not new.I’m Very disappointed unhappy. I recommend you to avoid this product it has obviously changed since the other reviews

I received the item as describe. so far so good its working. thank goodness its not third party product or Fake. Fast shipping i wish i could have pick it up co’z seller live so close to my area. Also its the right model# DPSN-186CBA. it will fit for the first generation xbox360.
